Need Assistance on Oracle Client Compatibilities

Hi Folks

I try to keep my OS and my Oracle RDBMS/Client software in the same bit configuration

I currently have a 64-bit Windows 2008 R2 OS running 64-bit 11.2.0,.4 Oracle Client

The admin needs me to change the Oracle Client to 32-bit for his vendor app to run

I do not see where 11.2.0.4 Oracle Client is compatible with a Windows 64-bit 2008 R2 server

I only see compatibility with Windows 2008

This document only addresses Oracle client and Oracle RDBMS

Does anyone know if there is a document that spells out the Oracle client compatibilties ?
