Permission id in RPM

Dear RPM Support Community,

We are on RPM 12.0.10

What is Permission id  and use of permission id in RPM?

I would like to know the list of all users in rpm with there privileges , so we ran the following query and found one user is having multiple permission id's , which we cant understand  the exact privileges user had.

(Like whether user can create promotion,price change approval etc)

Kindly help me on this as it is very urgent for me to generate a report.
