ARM - 'Recalling' a Rec

One of our reviewers accidentally hit approve button. He would like to 'recall' the rec so he can enter his approval comments before hitting approval again. We know that admin or power user can open up the rec but that goes back to Preparer queue. Is there a way that the Rec could be 'recalled' and goes back just to reviewer?
