Change sales order line warehouse, line status awaiting shipping

Hi,

We have started new warehouse and the the shipping for sales order which is arround 2000-3000 lines should be done from new warehouse, please advice how we can change warehouse from backend order lines table without effecting system integrity. Manually updating will be time consuming.
