Getting the earliest date all items on a given sales order will have stock available.

Hi, One of our clients is looking for an alternate solution to their current modification designed to return the earliest date all items on a given sales order will have stock available.

The client's current report sums the supply by item/branch and consumes the supply using demand sales orders, moving through sources of supply (available, in transit, on purchase order, on work order) and moving sequentially through branches in a defined sequence.

They are interested to know of other bright ideas to replace the current report apart from the two listed below.

• re-write the report using similar functionality

• use Supply/Demand from JDE and use a custom report to apply the information to a given order
