How to define RATE_TAG in Pricing Design Center?

I have configured a Charge Offer in PDC. But I could not find any option to give the RATE_TAG while I was trying to define the charge for my Charge Offer. Unlike Pricing Center, we are unable to specify the rate tags in PDC. Kindly help on this.
