I want to integrate a applet to Agile SDK - is this possible?

If we use the advanced productivity tool in 9.3.1 in web client. Please see screen shot.

We want to create a customization such that when we delete a file a dialog box comes and says Do  you really want to delete – if yes then delete other wise do not delete.  Is this possible similar to adding Productivity Tool to add files and a warning  to delete local files. This of course is with the Preference setting to Retain local files to warning in the Preference Setting.

Off course we know that  even if the file  is deleted a clever administrator can get it  back since  it is only the link that is broken but we want to avoid Administrator Overhead / Support tickets.
