Is it possible to reorder regions in OAF forms in R12

We are upgrading from Oracle EBS 10.5.10 to R12.1.3.

Some setup forms e.g. Customer Creation or Supplier Creation has become OAF in R12.

Our business has the folloiwng requirement :-

In the Supplier Creation OAF form - Organization tab, the individual regions appear in the folloiwng order from top to bottom : Global Details, Additional Information, Organization.....Attachments.

The business requires the Attachment region to be moved upwards, e.g. between "Global Details" and "Additional Information" - because the Attachment region is used more frequently than any intermediate regions - and they do not wish to having to scroll down to reach the Attachment region.
