F80 PCIe Flash Accelorator Card

We are considering the purchase of a T4-1 with an 800GB F80
PCI flash accelerator card, but we need to first understand how or if the
system will use the F80 card.  I
understand that Solaris will see the F80 as four 200GB disk devices. What
Oracle has not yet explained is how Solaris will know what to do with this
flash disk.  I am being told that Solaris
ZFS is “flash aware”, but my file systems are UFS and that is not likely to
change.  If anyone has implemented a F80
or F40 card and taken advantage of the flash cache then please let me know what
