Got Java security warning: unknown publisher

Hi there,

We are using EBS 11.5.10.2 on Windows 7.  Currently our Java is 1.7.0_55.  Anytime when we open a form, we got warning for unknown publisher.  I found a note 1592981.1 which refers to another Note 1591073.1.  It all sounds complicated to me.  Please confirm if those Notes are the way we have to go to get ride of those warnings or there is any easier way to handle it?
