Export to excel doesnt work for Horizontal Plan

we are trying to use the export to excel function from Planner Workbench --> Horizontal Plan. Once we click on the export to excel, nothing happens. Can anyone let me know if they used this functionality successfully or if its a bug? We are on 12.1.3
