Primavera P6 Event Code Error UE-0304-E

Has anyone ever gotten the event code error UE-0304-E, and if so have you found a solution for it? I'm a consultant working with a client who has a couple hundred end users, but there is only one who is getting this error regularly. We have searched the Oracle Knowledgebase and the internet, but cannot find any documentation on this error message. If anyone has seen this error before, and has advice on how to resolve it that would be greatly appreciated.
