NO TRANSACTION GETTING POSTED IN MTL

Hi,

I am trying to perform few transaction by form and MSCA both.

I tried Account alias issue by MSCA & physical inventory adjustment by form.

Both the time I did not face any issue and transaction saved successfully.

But after querying in material transaction I found above mentioned transactions are not posted here.

I checked and found there is no any records in MMTT and TOI.

Please help me to get why these transactions are not visible in MTL.

However Item quantity is changed as par transaction and visible in materials workbench.
