Unable to select items under the Charges from the FSD resp.

Hi Team,

Need your urgent assistance. Here I m in the GO LIVE session and I am unable to select the items from the Item LOV after selecting the 'Service Activity' in the Charges tab. But when I try to do the same from "Service" resp. it works fine. Please find the screen shot from the field service dispatcher resp.

Please assist I am not able to understand what is the cause.

Appreciate your response at the earliest.
