has anyone experienced issues with ADI uploads where lines are duplicated or dropped

We have users who are reporting that since our upgrade to 12.1.3 we have had journal entry lines dropped eg. upload says 100 lines uploaded but JE only contains 98 or 4 lines uploaded but JE contains 8
