Oracle Quality-How to define a new collection Trigger.

Hi All,

We have a requirement wherein collection plan should be invoked on the basis of 2 reference quantities.

1) Received Qty History ( for the combination of a item and supplier)

2) Threshold Limit.( say 100 is the limit)

if (1) is greater than (2) then collection plan should not be enabled.

any ideas are appreciated.
