Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can you delete a segmet value that was newly created but not used yet?

We created several different cost centers recently but they have not been used yet. Is there a way to delete these instead of having to disable them?
