Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What causes the batch import program to terminate abnormally with XXXJDE Job Description not found?

The J00BUL terminates abnormally for some users when they try to import to the F0311Z1 and F0911Z1. We have not tried other files.

The interactive joblog says the Job Description XXXJDE cannot be found in QGPL.
