how to uninstall local development client

Hi. I'm on 9.1. TR 9.1.4.3 on Windows 7 (64 bit). I need to uninstall my local development client along with databases. When I go into control panel programs and features, I cannot see E1 as one of the programs available to be uninstalled. How do I uninstall my local client?
