Is there a way to clear all Component Locators on a Bill of Material thru P3015

Is there a way in JDE E1 8.12  to clear all locators for all items on a Bill of Material with out touching each component, selecting delete all and then go onto the next component?

Since Locators are not specific to BoM type we're getting conflicts between engineering BoMs and the manufacturing BoMs.
