exact difference between Discount Group and Pricing Group assigned to customers?
Hello,
I was looking for the exact difference between what is a discount group and what is a pricing group that is assigned to a customer in POS.
I understand that each can give discounts/promotions to customers that are flagged as being part of these... I believe that is the basic...
However, a couple of things come to mind around these settings, and was wondering if someone could help clarify...
1) When creating a customer via POS we can only define a discount group for the customer to be part of, correct? (noticed that when we lookup the customer we can view the details of the pricing group)
