CONTROLFILE backup not found in

Hi folks,

Trying to build a QA environment from our PROD backup (11.1.0.7.0) and new environment is 11.2.0.4, but when trying to do duplicate database, it's giving this error, where as have tried other backup copies too, but still the same error and I think, backup includes control file.

Please assist/advice, how to correct/fix this problem.

Much appreciated & thanks in advance.
