Supervisor for CEO

We want to set HCM to require a supervisor for all EMPs/CWKs, but want to know what others with similar settings do for the CEO's record.   If you set supervisor as a required field but leave the CEO without a supervisor after making that field required, the next time you want to change the CEO's assignment record for anything you'll run into trouble.
