Purchase orders needs to be in Pending approval status after releasing from ASCP planner work bench

Currently all the planned orders are converting into Purchase orders with status as approved after releasing from ASCP planner workbench. But requirement is that planned orders should convert into Puchase order, but status should be "Pending Approval".

So buyer's can manually update the Purchase orders.

I am trying to change the "Release Method" in ASL from Automatic Release to Automatic Release/Review. But Planned orders are still converting into Approved purchase orders after releasing from ASCP workbench.
