Want to notify for approval 2 persons having the same approval rules but different assignment

Hi,

Having 2 persons on the same level  who wants to approve requisitions.

Example:

person A with assignment of Director cost center a

person B with assignment  of Controller cost center a

Those persons are in the same herarchy.

Each one of them having a limit of $50,000.

Both have to approve  for amounts between $25,000 and $50,000.

We tried to put the same rules but it goes only to one of them.

We are 11.5.10.2  and not using AME.
