Problems after apply patch 17529887

Hi Everyone, good afternoon.

I have been starting a hyperion planning project and I have an environment with Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.3.

I applied some patches and after oracle support request, I applied the patch 17529887. The process to apply this patch finished successfully, but open my application through Hyperion Planning tool, I try click on link "Dimensions" to open the page to manage my dimensions, the page does not show me. This same issue is happening with the menu options like "Administration"->"Application"->"Properties" or "Administration"->"Application"->"Refresh database" and all options on Application Menu.

Anyone know what is happening? Is there any configuration that Have I to do?
