R12 upgrade issue: Modifiers are not working in Oracle

Hi,

We recently upgraded our instance from 11i to R12.1.3 recently. We have modifiers which are there in 11i for one customer as 10% discount, when we are using that modifier for new order(in R12) the discount is not applying in price after booking the sales order. Please suggest whether any setup, I need to do.

I did the setup normally as

Pricing---> Modifiers---> Modifier name as "XXXX" and in "List qualifiers", selecting Qualifier group of "10% discoount" selecting details of particular "Customer" and save.
