R099102 repost ledger with error cache table

Hi, my user encountered this error when processing job R099102 (see attached)....Only 1 a/c ID would fail which is 0023865....others can be printed out in proof mode.

From the debug log,  it has shown : But could not find any "Return value is 0 " with it
