Hi we are using HFM 11.1.1.3 version 2 days back when we are trying to open workspace after given user name and password Authenticating User” screen hangs after that we have stop All HFM serveices and start the services then HFM application is working fine,

but This issue has happened again today. The “Authenticating User” screen hangs.after that we restart all HFM services then HFM application is working fine, could you please let me know why its happening?
