Resolution code mapping issue

Hi,

I just installed a fresh instance of Oracle EBS R12.1.1.

In field service, create service request, when giving resolution code for the selected problem code, i noticed that a lot of unexpected resolution codes where popping up. I checked the Resolution code mapping and found that mapping to that problem code is not present for most of the resolution codes shown.

But since there are multiple conditions to map a problem code and resolution code(using item and category), all resolution codes that are mapped to the problem code, regardless of the conditions to be applied, are shown.

In the previous EBS 12.1.1 instance, it was being properly shown according to mapping(only the unmapped resolution codes where coming as extra).
