Can Tax Code be updated on a PO matched AP Invoice?

Hi,

I have an AP Invoice which has been matched with a PO and its Receipt has also been made.

When i go to "Tax Details", its Tax has been grayed out. I need to change it since the rate applicable has been updated.

Can it be done so?...
