Unidentified payment on Aging 7 buckets report

Hi,

My customer sended me a screenshot with an unidentified payment of -9943.56 on the 7-b aging report asking me where the amount comes from.

The amount  is a negative and I am trying to find it in ar_cash_receipts, but I can't seem to fnid the exact same amount.

Could you please give a suggestion of where to find this payment?

I added the report as an attachment..
