Administrator save report and data model failed

I am currently working on the OBIEE upgrade from 10g to 11g. The upgrade with assist tool was successfully. When i login the BIP console with Administrator, edit and save a report or data model. An error poped up "User does not have permission to access this folder". but i can maintain report and data model on analytics category side. I have done some configuration before and fixed this problem, but it suddenly happen again and i did not touch anything,. Anyone can help me out?  thank you very much.
