How to decline the package in fat client after package installation failure ?

Hi,  Could you pls send me some guide on how to decline the receiving package after login fat clinet.....my user done a package build but only deploy to 1 workstation only (webgen machine)....the machine can't receive the object successfully.....they chosed "mandatory" insallation when in P9631...any way to remove this machine from receiving the package ?

pls help out...
