Requisition is not approved when user already approved but it showing blank status

Hi Guru's,

              

Requisition is not showing the status approved but the user already approve that requisition. I checked in notification in work flows .it is showing  approve and closed .Can you please find the attachment.it is very  urjent to resolve this isue.
