Agreement management

Hi,

i am using agreement management,

Q1) My Question is that, upto which stage we could change the Qty and cost in Agreement master?

also is there any provision if i want to lock the Qty and cost,  so that it can not be changed in agreement master.

Q2) when we make purchase orders from agreements, we could make orders even when the Qty from agreement is finished, but i dont want this to happen. It should not allow. Is it possible??

Please help.
