Contracts Lost on Service Request
Hello,
Please provide your inputs for the below issue.
Create Service Request > Attach a Serial Number with Contract > Below are the issues when Serial Number is Changed
1) Contract of Previous Machine Serial Number is still in Service Request
2) Because of the above Issue, before changing the Serial Number > Removed the existing Contract from Service Request > Changed the Serial Number > Contract is not populated.
Please help me to resolve this issue. This is where important it will effect the business. Some of Service Orders which are covered under contract might get billed.
