Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. My system :

Oracle VM server release 3.2.8

Oracle VM Manager Version: 3.2.8.733 on Oracle Linux 5.7 x86-64

Firefox 28.0 - Client : Microsoft Windows 7 - VNC Viewer 4.1

I have upload a error image, please help me to fix this problem.

I have follow Doc ID 1541163.1 - Doc ID 1664341.1 but my problem is not fixed.
