Hi,

My client business in purchase and sales is such that, they mostly deals with contracts and tendors. for every purchase a tendor is passes and contract is made.

In JD we have so many types of agreements. could u please suggest which type of agreement should i use for purchase.

In case if i select wrong type of agreement , will it make any difference in the further processing.

Please help.
