Agreement management

hi,

I have made the Agreement for 1000 Qty with Quantity control checked. (Min Qty is 100 and Max is 400.)

So now if i make the purchase order with Qty of 50 or 450, then there will be a penalty, but my Question is,  will this 50 Qty be reduced from agreement or not.

In case of penalty Qty is reduced or not.
