apps account is lock after execute utlirp and then utlrp.sql

hi expert,

i have applied patch 16993612:R12.JAI.B  with its pre-request. after apply the patch 12803250:R12.AP.B that is  pre-reqeust of patch 16993612:R12.JAI.B.

some objects are invalid.

invalid objects are OE_CONFIG_UTIL,OE_DEFAULT_LINE.

to solve this issue oracle suggest to run utlirp.sql and then utlrp.sql.


i run the utlirp.sql and utlrp.sql accordingly.

but after run the above script when i try to connect APPS schema  to check invalid object it gives me error apps account is locked.


to solve the apps account issue. i have followed the below step.
