payroll to gl import errors

Hi Guru's,

we are having an issue with payroll to GL, some entries in gl_interface are struck up with “EU02” error status code and some of the JV’s are with “Error6 - Showing an unbalanced journal entry but suspense not allowed” in GL.

we are on 12.1.3 version

kindly let us know how do we rectify this issue.
