The Report Job Runs continuously without generating any output

Hi All,

I am new to BI Publisher we are using version 11.1.1.5 (build 53) on weblogic server

I have  an issue when I schedule a report job and submit it once (now) to send  an email to myself it runs continusoly and then I get below error:

Output failed.
