Creating Model Components in OAF Tutorial - EBS R12.1.3, Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.3

I am practising the "Search" Tutorial downloaded from p9879989_R12_GENERIC.zip.

We are on EBS R12.1.3. Jdeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.3.

Step 2.1 "Create the BC4J Package for Client (UI) Objects" is asking me to

"Select the TutorialLabs.jpr project in the Navigator, right-click and select New Business Components Package... from the context menu" followed by "Enter <yourname>.oracle.apps.ak.employee.server as the package name", "Verify that the radio button Entity Objects mapped to database schema objects" etc.

In the JDeveloper version that I am using, there is no option to create "New Business Components" under TutorialLabs. I can only see the folloiwng folders, "Application Sources", "Resources", "Web Content".
