Anyone experiencing performance issues in 9.1 for Production history inquiry P31227

When you filter by branch, part, and dates we would expect to see a few rows but a message comes up saying it is searching thousands of records and then shows the 10.  If I put in the work order number it comes right up.  In ERP 8.0 any filter came right up.  Is anyone else experiencing this or know of a bug?
