What resolves an 'Account Unit of Measure conversion failed' error?

Hi,

I am trying to a BJ (Bulk adjustment) transaction, and getting the an error that says: Account Unit of Measure conversion failed

The system that I am supporting right has all products set up as Packed on the system, despite these being all Lubricants and fuels.

However, surprisingly, they have always been successfully doing only BJ type transactions whenever an adjustment was required.

I have attached all supporting screenshots here, and would appreciate any help coming on this.
