API for tables oks_stream_levels_b and oks_level_elements

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is an API for tables oks_stream_levels_b and oks_level_elements? The billing levels for a Service Contract.

There is a bug in the Autorenewal job in Service Contracts 12.1.1 that leaves some contracts with mismatchning data in tables oks_stream_levels_b and oks_level_elements. The fix suggested by Oracle Support is a big patch which means a lot of testing.

If there are functioning API:s it would be possible to fix the problem without patching as a temporary solution.
