Scheduled request put on hold by a concurrent_manager user.

Hi,

We're on R12.1.3 of Oracle EBS.

Question: We have a situation where scheduled concurrent request is put on hold by a concurrent_manager user.

I see that there is a oracle support note " Scheduled Request Goes Inactive/On Hold Status Automatically by Concurrent Manager User (Doc ID 737282.1)" available for similar issue but that is for 11i.

We already have the higher version file for

Any thoughts?
