Proper Steps to Shutdown Company

Hi Community,

I am looking for a check off list of things to make sure you do in E1 JDE when you close a company.  I.E. set all the Business Units to "I" (for Inactive).  I tried the KM, but I am not getting anything useful.  I want to ensure nothing comes through I/C from Procurement/Sales etc.  Also keep the integrities clean.
