[SOVLED] Moving a new disk to another group with Oracle Fail Safe

We've added a new disk to our MS Windows cluster and both the Microsoft Failover Cluster Manager and Fail Safe see it.  I want to move the disk resource to the same group as the other disks and database are in.  Do I do this in the Microsoft Failover Cluster Manager?  I don't see a way to move a disk resource in Fail Safe itself.
